Phenotypic qualities (properties). This ontology can be used in conjunction with other ontologies such as GO or anatomical ontologies to refer to phenotypes. Examples of qualities are red, ectopic, high temperature, fused, small, edematous and arrested., An ontology of phenotypic qualities (properties, attributes or characteristics)., An ontology of characteristics (properties, attributes, or modifiers). These are intended to be used in combination with terms from other ontologies to construct characteristic-entity combinations that describe traits or phenotypes of organisms, chemicals, environments, and other entities.
